Moreover, their service is not limited within Arkansas but they also expand their business to customers in eastern Oklahoma. They’re famous for being the largest in their region and having a wide range of furniture, appliances, and mattress selection. They promise to provide customers with a ‘no-pressure’ shopping experience. Their customers are free to browse around while considering plenty of items. These items are in stock, so there's no need to order and wait weeks to receive the purchase. And usually, buyers usually can have their desired products in hand the same day they purchase. Challenges in having configurable sales tax integrated into the POS system The configurable sales tax is a handy feature that helps synchronize tax settings with your platform’s settings. Particularly when Washburn’s Home Furnishings is doing their business in the USA - where taxes are varying and significantly different states. How configurable sales tax feature works in ACE Sales POS After the installation, ACE Sales POS works well in synchronizing tax settings with the retailer’s platform’s settings. Taxes are calculated in ACE Sales POS even when the internet connection is down or unstable thanks to its powerful offline mode. In Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms that ACE Sales POS integrates with, the tax is calculated based on: Product tax class Customer tax class Address for calculating tax (shipping address, billing address, or shipping origin) ACE Sales POS pulls the Product tax class and Customer tax class data from e-commerce platforms like Magento or Shopify automatically with the real-time synchronization functionality. Therefore, all Washburn’s Home Furnishings need to do is configure the “Address for calculating tax” merely. That makes work so much easier and less complicated for retailers like them.
